I love the vertical composition and the sharp, sharp focus on the petals of this tropical waterlilly, or Nymphaea if we are going to be proper about it. This image was taken with a Canon 85mm f1.2 lens which is known for it’s sharpness and beautiful soft backgrounds, both of which are showcased very well in this photograph.
